Terms of use
These terms apply to the Roviraq website at roviraq.app and its request forms. Use of the Roviraq application is governed by a separate customer agreement.
1. About us
The website is operated by Roviraq. To confirm: full legal name, legal status, registration number, physical and postal address, and the other details the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act requires a website to display. 2. Information on this website
- The website describes Roviraq in general terms. Product screens and numbers shown are illustrative and fictional.
- Roviraq supports compliance administration and audit preparation. It does not provide legal advice or certify statutory compliance, and nothing on this website is legal advice.
- We aim to keep the information accurate but may change or update it at any time.
3. Demo requests and pilot applications
Submitting a form creates no obligation for you or for us. We will contact you to respond to the request. How we handle the information you submit is explained in our Privacy notice.
4. Founding pilot and pricing
The founding pilot is a 60-day guided pilot, from R2,500. The final scope and fee depend on workforce size, number of sites and onboarding requirements and are agreed in writing before the pilot starts. To confirm: whether prices include or exclude VAT. Founding-customer subscription pricing will be offered to successful pilot participants before public launch, under separate terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, or collect information from the website by automated means.
6. Intellectual property
The website content, the Roviraq name and its brand are owned by Roviraq. You may view and share the website for evaluating Roviraq, but may not reproduce it for other purposes without permission.
7. Liability
The website is provided for information. To confirm: limitation-of-liability wording, consistent with the Consumer Protection Act and ECTA where they apply, reviewed by a legal adviser.
8. Governing law
To confirm: governing law (South African law) and the courts with jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version above.
